Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from this store, why we collect it, and what your rights are. Last updated: September 2026.

Who we are

The store is operated by Pablo Badajoz, a sole proprietorship registered in France under SIREN number 934 766 114, trading as FIRST MEN SOCIETY. Contact: [EMAIL].

What we collect

  • Order data. Name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and what you bought. Payment details are handled by our payment providers and never stored by us.
  • Browsing data. Pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, device, browser, approximate location, and the cookies described below.
  • Marketing data. Your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or accept an offer, and how you interact with our emails.
  • Support data. The messages you send us.

Why we use it

  • To process and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To send you marketing emails, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
  • To measure and improve the store, and to show you relevant ads on other platforms.
  • To prevent fraud and to comply with our legal obligations, including accounting and tax rules.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers who need it to do their job: Shopify, which hosts the store and processes payments; payment providers; shipping carriers; Klaviyo, which sends our emails; and advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and Pinterest, through cookies and pixels. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union. Transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the store work, analytics cookies to understand how it is used, and advertising cookies to measure our campaigns. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and your browser settings. Residents of California and other US states can opt out of the sale or sharing of their data through the Your Privacy Choices page.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires, which is 10 years for accounting documents in France. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or after 3 years without interaction. Browsing data is kept for 13 months at most.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to its use, restrict its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [EMAIL]. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, which in France is the CNIL.

Children

This store is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
