90-day money-back guarantee

Wear it, test it, live with it. If it is not right, you have 90 days from the day you receive your order to send it back, and we refund you in full. Your money back, not a store credit.

Lifetime warranty

Every piece is covered for life against tarnishing, discolouration and breakage under normal wear. If it happens, email us a photo with your order number and we send you a replacement. The warranty is separate from the 90-day guarantee: the guarantee refunds you, the warranty replaces the piece.

How to return

1. Email us at [EMAIL] with your order number. We reply with the return address and a return reference.
2. Pack the piece, with its box if you still have it.
3. Ship it with a tracked service and keep the receipt. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.

Refund

Once the return is received, we refund the full price of the item to the original payment method within 10 days. Shipping fees paid on the original order are refunded when the return is due to our error. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Exchanges

Wrong size or wrong finish? Email us. The fastest way is a return for refund and a new order, and we can arrange a direct exchange when the piece is in stock.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return.

Right of withdrawal in the European Union

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 90-day guarantee covers this period and goes beyond it.
