Rates

Free shipping on orders over 80 euros. Below that, shipping is 4.90 euros. Amounts are converted to your currency at checkout.

Delivery times

The delivery estimate for your country is shown at checkout before you pay, and again in your shipping confirmation. Once your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number, and you can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

Duties and taxes

We cover import duties and taxes on every order. The price you pay at checkout is the final price: nothing to pay on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email us at [EMAIL] with your order number. We sort it out with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you.

Address errors

Please check your address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. Once a parcel has shipped, its destination cannot be changed.
