You order

Your rank moves up on its own after each order. No code, no claim, no waiting.

You keep it

Your rank holds for twelve months from your last order. Order again and the clock resets.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. Create an account and you are a Rookie. There is no fee, no subscription, and no minimum order.

Do I need to enter a code?

No. From Regular onward the discount applies by itself at checkout, as long as you are signed in. The only code you will ever type is your welcome code, on your first order.

Can I lose my rank?

Only by not ordering for twelve months. Any order resets the clock and keeps you where you are.

Does my rank discount work with your offers?

Yes. Your rank discount applies on top of Buy 2 Get 3. It does not add to the welcome code: on any order, you get whichever of the two is better for you, never both.

Does it work on the app or in another currency?

It works anywhere you are signed in, in every currency we sell in. Your rank follows your account, not your country.
